Hi Guys.

The car is in good condition, both inside and out. It's ten year's old with 112,000 miles on the clock. Petrol engine, I don't know the mileage per gallon but a full tank would give me around 400 miles from a 40 litre tank (give or take; I just worked that out from my weekly petrol consumption so please don't sue me if the figures are slightly out.x).

The car also has been fitted with a modified head gasket that has a metal seal instead of the notorious silicon sealed units that give most Rover drivers painful headaches.

This is a great little car; it has some minor cosmetic blemishes to the front bonnet and on the rear around the key hole socket for the boot that can be touched up for about £150 if you're that way inclined. There is also a tiny chip on the windscreen but it didn't show up on the photo, so it seemed a bit pointless to upload a photo of glass.
